Enviro-Pro Mexico 2008

Enviro-Pro Mexico 2008, for the 16th consecutive year, was held at the World Trade Center in Mexico City. This show was an opportunity for companies from different industries throughout the region to display the most complete range of technologies which control and monitor various pollution emissions.

Gas Machinery Conference 2008

The GMRC Gas Machinery Conference is especially for design engineers, facility engineers, and technicians with an emphasis on the operation, maintenance, and testing of gas compression machinery. Capstone Turbine Corporation participated in the 2008 Conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico where over 1,000 people attended .

Rio Oil & Gas Expo and Conference 2008

A leading oil and gas industry event in Latin America, Rio Oil & Gas Expo, was held this year at the Riocentro Convention Center in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The 2008 exhibition covered a 30,500-square-meter (100,000-square-foot) area, confirming its position among the most important oil & gas events in the world. Capstone participated in this expo with Fluxo de Petroleo Ltda., it's Distributor for the O&G sector in Brazil.

The 11th Annual Congressional Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency EXPO + Forum

In July 2008, the Sustainable Energy Coalition, in cooperation with Members of the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency Caucuses, hosted the 11th annual Congressional Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency EXPO & Forum. Capstone participated in the expo and forum along with more than three dozen businesses, sustainable energy industry trade associations, and government agencies.

CHP Asia 2008

In June 2008, Capstone also participated in the CHP Asia 2008 tradeshow held at the Plaza Athenee in Bangkok, Thailand. CHP Asia addressed the issues and drivers of combined heat and power (CHP) development in Asia. Centralized vs. decentralized energy, energy efficiency and conservation, fuel diversity and security, clean energy, and emission reductions were many of the issues adressed at this show.

BuildingsNY 2008

In mid June, 2008, Casptone participated in the Buildings NY trade show held at the Jacob K. Javitz Convention Center in New York. This is the largest regional Buildings show featuring architectural products & services, building automation, elevators, flooring, HVAC systems, lighting, etc. In addition to their extensive program, this year the trade show also focused on "Green Buildings NY".


From June 35, 2008, Capstone participated in POWER-GEN Europe where we showcased one of our preproduction C200 units that was delivered to a customer in Germany at the end of the show. POWER-GEN Europe is the undisputed home of the European power industry. This show enables participants to discover tools and strategies to successfully develop their business, while offering interaction with the largest group of European power professionals.

Offshore Technology Conference 2008

From May 58, Capstone participated in the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) held each year at Reliant Park in Houston, Texas. Attendance this year reached over 75,000, a 26-year high. Founded in 1969, the OTC conference is the world's largest event for the development of offshore resources in the fields of drilling, exploration, production, and environmental protection.

POWER-GEN India & Central Asia 2008

From April 35, Capstone participated in POWER-GEN India & Central Asia 2008 conference and exhibition. Held in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, India, the program was designed to tackle the immense challenges of providing power to one of the world's most populous countries and its second fastest growing major economy.

CTIA Wireless 2008

From March 31April 3, Capstone participated in the CTIA Wireless 2008 conference held at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Nevada. This event was the premier event for Wireless Communications researchers, industry professionals, and academics. The event brought together 1,200 exhibiting companies and 40,000 professionals representing all facets of the wireless industry from over 125 countries.
