Capstone's 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum, 40 Presidential Drive, Simi Valley, California 93065, on August 28, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time. At the annual meeting, stockholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2008 may vote on the election of nine directors to Capstone's Board of Directors; approval of the Rights Agreement, dated as of July 7, 2005, with Mellon Investor Services LLC, as amended; approval of the Capstone Turbine Corporation Executive Performance Incentive Plan; approval of an amendment to the Capstone Turbine Corporation Amended and Restated 2000 Equity Incentive Plan; and ratification of the selection of Deloitte & Touche LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2009.
